2 Homes Destroyed 2 Others Badly damaged BY Fire in Griffin Saturday

Two homes in Spalding County appeared to be completely destroyed by fire two others badly damaged.

Spalding County Fire and Griffin Fire and Rescue responded to the fire at 114 Pecan Dr. which sits across the street from Cowan middle school Saturday around 4:30

Officials say the two adjacent homes at 112 and 116 Pecan Dr. sustained heavy damage and a fourth home experienced minor damage to its vinyl siding

 No injuries reported but five adults and one child were displaced. The red cross assisting the families affected.
