Mr. Bryan Cliff Ledford, age 47, of Thomaston, passed away August 20, 2025. Bryan was born and raised in Zebulon, son of the late Grover Clifford “Junebug” Ledford and Cherry Tyler Ledford. He had made his home in Thomaston for the past 30 years. When he was young, Bryan was very athletic and enjoyed playing recreation league baseball. He was a talented and meticulous carpenter who took great pride in his work. When he wasn’t working, he loved spending time with his family, fishing, collecting baseball cards, shopping for antiques, and refinishing furniture. Bryan was a sports fan, and liked watching the Atlanta Braves, GA Bulldogs, and Miami Dolphins, and listening to Lynyrd Skynyrd.


Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Raymond Eubanks, his uncles, Roy Carmichael “Bo-Jack” Ledford and Freddie Ricky “Fatback” Ledford, and niece, Christina Marie Ledford.


He is survived by his life partner: Joy English; sisters: Cherry Fay Teal (Tommy), Kay Albritton and Tammy Wiley (Joe); nieces and nephews: Tabetha Ledford, Tiffany Shores, Michael Ledford, Kaley Knight (Kaleb), Leeann Finley, Danielle Finley, Brandon Brackett, Taylor Dadsen (Donald), Hannah Wiley, Nicholas Wiley and Nikki Kersey (Ricky).

Bryan is also survived by his former wife: Sharon Ledford and her children, Courtney, Savannah and Katelyn and their children; and extended family: Dawn and Rocky Lowe and Family; many great-nieces, great-nephews and cousins.


A Celebration of Life service for Bryan will be held on Saturday, September 6, 2025, 2 p.m., at Sprewell Bluff Park in Thomaston.
