CITY OF THOMASTON WANTS HEADSTONE MONUMENTS REMOVED AT SOUTH-VIEW

City Manager Russell Thompson put families on notice about monuments in South-View Cemetery at Tuesday’s meeting of the Thomaston City Council. Due to complaints about upkeep with headstone monuments in certain sections crews will inspect the sites and families will have 30 days to remove them.


Good news for Pickleballs’, crews scheduled to be on site next Monday to begin construction of 6 new pickleball courts at The Greatest Generation Memorial Park.
