Ernest "Arcelus" Joiner

Mr. Ernest "Arcelus" Joiner, age 81, of Reynolds, Georgia, died Monday, March 2,2026 at Upson Regional Medical Center.

Mr. Joiner was born on July 22, 1944, in Taylor County, to the late Walter Ernest Joiner and the late Daisy Bryant Joiner.  He worked for Taylor County Public Works and was a member of Clark's Chapel Baptist Church.  In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sister, Bonneal Locke.

Survivors include his wife, Janice Stevens Joiner, daughter, Hollie (Clint) Barrow, sons Kevin (Vanessa) Joiner, Brian (Nicole) Joiner, brother, David (Kathy) Joiner, thirteen grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, March 5, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. from Clark's Chapel Baptist Church.  Burial will follow at Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church Cemetery in Butler.  The family will receive friends on Thursday, March 5, 2026, from 12:00 p.m.-1:00 p.m. at Clark's Chapel Baptist Church.
