Ernest Lamar Haygood Jr.

Mr. Ernest Lamar Haygood Jr. age 59 of Thomaston Ga, died Saturday January 4, 2024 at Upson Regional Medical Center.

Mr. Haygood was born on June 7, 1965 in Thomaston Ga,  to the late Ernest Lamar Haygood, Sr. and the late Peggy Fossett Haygood.He attended Christ Chapel Church in Zebulon, Ga. and was formerly employed by MRS Healthcare. 

Survivors include his daughter Hannah Haygood of Thomaston, Ga, brother Randal Gene Carr of Thomaston, Ga, sisters Shannon Haygood of Thomaston, Ga, Cynthia Farrell,  Karen Holmes, Susan (Paul) Collins of Thomaston, Ga.

The family will receive friends and family on Saturday January 11, 2025 from 3:00- 4:00 pm.

 In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made to the funeral home to help with cremation cost for Mr. Haygood. Coggins Funeral Home
