Frankie Geraldine Morris

Ms. Frankie Geraldine Morris, aged 85, passed away June 11, 2025, at her home in Molena, GA. She grew up in Atlanta, GA, daughter of the late Claude Arstine and Hattie Gertrude Smalley. Frankie was a homemaker who enjoyed spending time with family and friends, singing and playing the piano. Frankie served as Pastor of Living Word Chapel in Atlanta during the 80’s.

She is survived by her daughter Crystal (Adam) Bivens, grandchildren Jordan (Leanna) Bivens, Austin (Olivia) Bivens, Chloe Bivens, Hanna Bivens, Emma Morris, Ella Morris, Molly Morris and great-granddaughter Pryarly Bivens, several nieces and nephews including William (Bill) Kade, Sr., Shane (Renee) Kade, Matthew Kade, Kayli Kade, Christy Kade, Carroll Longnecker and family, Linda (Rene’) Werren and family, Johnny Roquemore and family, as well as many other surviving nieces, nephews and cousins. 

She is proceeded in death by her son Christopher (Chris) Morris, granddaughter Megan Elizabeth Morris, siblings Claude Saint John (Saint) Smalley, Betty Louise Smalley, James Lee (Jim) Smalley, Harold Arstine (Boots) Smalley (Survived by wife Joyce Smalley) and Raymond L. Smalley, aunt Claire (Joe) Rose, nieces Kathy (Kak) Kade, Susie Richardson, Deborah Roquemore, nephews Joe (Joey) Roquemore, Sr. (survived by wife Melinda Roquemore), William (Billy) Kade, Jr., Reece Dodson, Scarlett Tanner, Korey Latham Hicks and others.

Frankie was strong in her Faith and had a love for Jesus that radiated through her. She was a living walking example of Christ. She was known for her sweet, gentle and loving nature who was always the one that rocked and sang every baby to sleep. Frankie was a Daughter, Mother, Grandmother, Great-Grandmother, Sister, Friend and Auntie (Aunt).

She loved the color yellow and light blue, orchids, roses, butterflies, watching Hallmark Movies, talking and spending time with family and friends and living life with Jesus as her Lord and Savior. 

She will be dearly missed by so many who were blessed to know her. There is comfort in knowing that “This is not Good Bye but We’ll See you Soon.”

Friends may visit the family on Friday, June 20, 2025, from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m., at the funeral home. 

A Celebration of Life Service will follow at 2 p.m., in the chapel of Moody-Daniel Funeral home.
