Janice Diane Collum Dorsey

Mrs. Janice Diane Collum Dorsey age 86 of Thomaston Ga, died Saturday May 17, 2025 at her residence.

Mrs. Dorsey was born on October 20, 1938 in Thomaston Ga, to the late Charlie Collum and the late Mildred Philpott Collum. She was formerly employed with Thomaston Upson School System where she served as a cafeteria employee. Mrs. Dorsey was a member of Thomaston First Free Will Baptist Church. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her son Keith Dorsey and brothers Frank Collum & Steve "Peanut" Collum.

Survivors include her husband Mr. Dixie Gene Dorsey of Thomaston Ga, daughters Mrs. Robin (Dennis) Bryant of Monroe Ga, Ms. Cassie Rayburn of Thomaston Ga, sisters Mrs. Mandy (Leon) Windham of Lilburn Ga, Mrs. Kathy (Buck) Fulghum of Thomaston Ga, Mrs. Lynn (Leslie) Todd of Dahlonega Ga, 6 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday May 20, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. from the Chapel of Coggins Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Crystal Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Coggins Funeral Home on Monday May 19, 2025 from 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
