Jeffrey Lynn Jones


Mr. Jeffrey Lynn Jones, age 62, of The Rock GA, died Friday, November 14, 2025, at Upson Regional Medical Center.  

Mr. Jones was born on April 12, 1963, in Barnesville, Georgia to the late Claude Leroy Jones and the late Brenda Sutton Sweat.  He served his country in the US Army and worked as an installer for International Fire Protection.  In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sister, Brenda Lee Martin.

Survivors include his wife, Claudette Ghent Jones of The Rock, daughters, Brandie Wood, Amie Jones, brothers, Jo Jo (Patricia) Jones, Keith Jones, Kenny Jones, sister, Anita Buice, grandchildren, Dathan Wood, Peyton Gunter, Loegan Gunter, Ambrette Gunter, great-grandchildren, Dath Jr., Dawson and Caleigha.

Funeral services will be announced at a later date.
