Judith “Judy” Ann Lickens Norris

Mrs. Judith “Judy” Ann Lickens Norris, age 80, of Zebulon, passed away July 20, 2025.  Judy grew up in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, daughter of the late Claude Lickens and the late Georgia Boyce Lickens. In her early years, Judy was a beautician and a beauty college instructor. She enjoyed flower gardening and sitting on her front porch.  She attended Zebulon Methodist Church.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Todd Knight and brother, Ronnie Lickens.

She is survived by her husband:  William H. “Bill” Norris; sons:  Tim Knight, John Norris (Dawn), Andrew Knight (Pratima) and Adam Foley; grandchildren: Todd, Chelsea, Kaleb, Josh and Drew; sister: Janice Akins (Wayne); several great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Friends may visit the family on Thursday, July 24, 2025, from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m., at the funeral home.  A service celebrating Judy’s life will follow at 2 p.m., in the chapel of Moody-Daniel Funeral Home.
