Lester "Jim" Rogers

Mr. Lester "Jim" Rogers, age 70, of Thomaston, died Sunday, May 24, 2026, at his residence.

Mr. Rogers was born March 3, 1956, in Thomaston, to the late Melvin "Mel" Rogers, and Lera Virginia Raybon Rogers. He retired form Martha Mills.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded by his daughter, Candy Rogers; and sisters, Hazel Bethune, and Judy Kendrick. He is survived by his wife, Teresa Rogers; daughters, April Spring Rogers, Summer Rogers, and Sierra Rogers; son, Dakota Howell; brother, Dale (Christy) Rogers; sister, Dottie Teal; grandchildren, Heather Reynolds, Jackielee Reynolds, and Destiney Gaskin; great-grandchildren, Layne Guglielmo, Lilly Guglielmo, and Lantz Guglielmo.

A celebration of life will be held by his family at a later date.
