Margaret Ann Rowell

Mrs. Margaret Ann Rowell, age 82 of Thomaston, died Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at her residence.  

Mrs. Rowell was born on May 28, 1944, in Thomaston, Georgia, to the late Lynnwood Rowell and the late Ruby Smith Rowell.  She was a homemaker and worked as a short order cook.  In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brothers, Roy and Otis Rowell.

Survivors include her niece, Jennifer (Eric Bagley) Jordan-Bagley, sisters, Joyce Cantrell, Margie Gulledge, Louise Daniel, Martha Knight, Betty Roberts, Jean Rowell, nieces and nephews, Taylor (James Muse) Taunton, Carley (Jospeh Young) Taunton, Sahara Janiszeski, great niece, Dale Turner, and great-great niece, Charlie Nichole Turner.

Graveside services will be held on Thursday, April 2, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. from Antioch Methodist Church Cemetery.
