Mark Thomas Barr

Mr. Mark Thomas Barr, age 66, of Williamson, passed away on August 16, 2026, at his home. Mark was born in Lancaster, Ohio, son of the late Lee Barr and Ruth Nimon Barr.

Mark was an exceptional carpenter and talented woodworker who took great pride in his work. He owned and operated his own company, Woodworking in the Woods, where his skill and craftsmanship were evident in every project he created.

Outside of work, Mark enjoyed spending time on West Point Lake, especially boating with his grandchildren, who he adored.

He is survived by his wife: Piper Barr; children: Jordan Barr (Jessie), Caitha Barr, Timeri Neal (Chris), and Taylor Olson (Susie); grandchildren: Harper, Gracie, Colton, Ferenzi, Emriq, Brook, and Jacob; brother: Max Barr; sister: Karen Curtiss; several nieces; and his mother-in-law: Jeannine Cox.

A Celebration of Life for Mark will be held at a later date.
