Eloise was a wonderful cook and an especially talented baker, best known for her famous 14-layer chocolate cake. She enjoyed preparing food for others and sharing her talents with family and friends. Above all, Eloise loved her family, especially her grandchildren, who held a very special place in her heart. She treasured the time spent with those she loved and the many friendships she made throughout her life.

She is survived by two sons, Jim (Debbie) Ellington of Thomaston and Chester Ellington of Yatesville; a sister, Connie Harp of Woodland; seven grandchildren, Kaylee Craven, Carson Ellington, Amber Parsons, Cody Ellington, Nicholas Ellington, Abby Ellington, and Anna Grace Ellington; and five great-grandchildren, Addison Bellew, Zac Harris, Brantley Ellington, Kristen Ellington, and Cohen Craven.
