Merry Ellen Peerman Bass

Mrs. , age 67, of Meansville, passed away December 24, 2024, at her home. She was born in Kansas City, MO, daughter of the late Clifford Peerman and Mary Siegmann Peerman. Merry Ellen was a homemaker who also worked for several years at Spalding Ford in Griffin and First Bank of Pike in Molena. She loved flowers and enjoyed gardening, ceramics at B & D Ceramic Shop in Meansville, and especially spending time with her family.

She is survived by her husband of 48 years: Daniel Bass, Sr.; children: Daniel Bass, Jr. and Wendy Blackmon (Bo); grandchildren: Bryan Stonica, Jackson “J.D.” Bush, Ashley Bush, and Ben Bush; brothers: David Peerman and Tim Peerman; sisters: Kathy Bass and Janet Burton; many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 27, 2024, at 3 p.m., in the chapel of Moody-Daniel Funeral Home with Rev. Michael Moody officiating.

Friends may visit the family on Friday, From 2 p.m. to 3 p.m., at the funeral home.
