Patricia Weems Coe

Mrs. Patricia Weems Coe, age 71, of Woodbury, died Sunday, January 25, 2026, at her residence.

Mrs. Coe was born on December 31, 1954, in Upson County, Georgia to the late Allen Franklin "Jack" Weems, and the late Ruby Scott Weems.  She retired as a teacher after 30 years in the Upson County School System and was a member of Cedar Rock Baptist Church in Woodbury.  In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, Steve Weems.

Survivors include her husband, Alvin Coe of Woodbury, daughters, Melynda Coe of Woodbury, Sherry (Jeremiah) Childree of Woodbury, sister-in-law, Joan Weems of Thomaston, six grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, and numerous, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. from Cedar Rock Baptist Church.  Burial will follow at Upson Memorial Gardens.  The family will receive friends on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, from 5:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. at Coggins Funeral Home.
