Pedestrian - Truck Crash in Upson


George State Patrol headquarters has released the accident report on a pickup, pedestrian accident Tuesday evening, an investigation turned over to the GSP by Upson County Sheriff Dan Kilgore


The preliminary investigation states that a Black 2005 F-150 driven by William Brady 34 of Milner with passenger Ronnie Brody of Thomaston was traveling West on state route 74 near Ja Ann drive, an intoxicated Dustin Robinson 35 of Thomaston was standing in the westbound lane near the center line. The F-150 struck Robinson with the driver side headlight and front bumper. Robinson transported to Atrium Navicent Medical Center in Macon with serious but not life threatening injuries.  Robinson has been charged with pedestrian under the influence
