Richard Milton Britt

Mr. Richard Milton Britt age 70 of Thomaston, died Sunday, April 5, 2026, at Upson Regional Medical Center.

Mr. Britt was born on March 14, 1956, in Thomaston, Georgia to the late Curtis Reginald "Red" Britt, and the late Bonnie Brannon Britt.  He worked at the Martha Mills, then GA DOT and lastly before retirement Northside Drugs.  In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Ronald David Britt, and sister, Judy Watson.

Survivors include his wife, Barbara Bloodworth Britt, daughter, Marci (Dione Ogden) Britt, son, Curtis Britt, and sisters, Janice (Gene) Goins, Linda (Eddie) Hoyal, and sister in law, Sheila Britt.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, April 9, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. from the Chapel of Coggins Funeral Home.  Burial will follow at Crystal Hill Cemetery.  The family will receive friends on Wednesday, April 8, 2026 from 6:00 p.m. -8:00 p.m. at Coggins Funeral Home.
