Upson County Sheriff Dan Kilgore reports an anatomically correct human-type female doll was found wrapped in a tarp Monday morning at Old Talbotton Rd. and Po Bidy Rd. County crews were cleaning up some debris on the side of the road when they unwrapped the tarp and discovered a headless doll and notified the SO.
