Two Charged with Felony Terroristic Threats in Griffin


On September 30th, 2025, Griffin Police were called to a local area restaurant by a concerned employee who had overheard two customers speaking about shooting up a local bank. Uniform Patrol and Criminal Investigations Division began immediately investigating the case and were able to locate two males matching the description parked in the parking lot of Wells Fargo Bank. The occupants of the vehicle identified as David Kelly 73, and Bryan Hardin 48 were taken into custody and charged with felony terroristic threats and acts.
