Vaughn and Co. Bakery and Cafe Opening In Thomaston

Vaughn and Co. Bakery and Cafe is preparing to open in Thomaston, bringing scratch-made baked goods, breakfast sandwiches, and grab-and-go items to the community. Owner Mandy Vaughn, who has operated the business as a cottage bakery offering porch pick-ups, festival treats, and farmers market favorites, shared the news with Business Debut.

Planning to open at 1440 US-19, Thomaston, GA 30286 , the cafe will serve bagel sandwiches, soups, salads, and frozen casseroles, along with an array of desserts, including cupcakes, cookies, and brownies. Everything on the menu will be made from scratch, including the bagels.

Vaughn and Co. will be open from 6:30 am – 6 pm, offering a convenient spot for both breakfast and lunch, as well as grab-and-go meals for busy customers.
