Victoria Christine Otto-Neal

Victoria Christine Otto-Neal, also known as Tori and Vikki-Cheese, passed away February 16, 2025.  Tori grew up in Lamar County and graduated from Lamar Comprehensive High School in 2014.  She was a hard worker who owned her own cleaning business, Spotless Spaces LLC. She was a talented artist and had a wide range of works, including portraits, landscapes and pottery. She enjoyed being outdoors and fishing with her family and friends.  Tori was a free spirit, impacted many lives and was truly loved by all who knew her.


She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Jimmy Martin and her great-grandparents, James and Betty Manley.


She is survived by her husband: Daryl Keith Neal; Mom and Dad: Amanda and Wayne Inglett; sisters: Ashley Otto (Morgan), Kassidy Inglett (Gerardo), Gracie Murray and other half-siblings; grandparents: Tina Martin and Debra and Stan Perdue; uncles and aunts: Danyel Rowland (Lindsey), Jay Martin, Tim Martin (Melissa), David Martin (Becky) and Jessica Parham (Billy); her beloved dogs: Gunner, Ginger, Ghillie and Honey; many nieces, nephews, and cousins.


A celebration of life will be held at a later date, when the weather is warmer, so everyone can be outdoors sharing good food and wonderful memories of Tori.
