Hurricane Helene & Local School Changes

All Thomaston-Upson Schools and Central Office will be closed on Friday, September 27, due to Hurricane Helene. We will be open and operating on a regular schedule tomorrow, Thursday, September 26. All school events and activities for Thursday evening after 6 PM have been canceled.

Monroe County Schools close at 12:30pm Thursday and all day Friday. Mary Persons homecoming parade Thursday cancelled. A decision pending on the Mary Persons-Upson-Lee football game Friday nite.

Spalding County Schools will be closed Thursday & Friday

Lamar County Schools Will be closed Friday

Steppings Stones Griffin is closed Thursday and Friday.
