Mrs. Ida Joyce Stephens, age 84 of Thomaston, died Saturday, November 29, 2025 at Riverside Health and Rehab. Mrs. Stephens was born on August 30, 1941 in Upson County, Georgia to the late Clarence Arthur Stephens, and the late Annie Virgina Young Stephens.  She served her country in the US. Mr. Wayne Lee “Matt” German, age 73, of Concord, passed away November 19, 2025, at his home.  Matt was born in Worcester, MA, son of the late Germain and the late Phillip Germain and the late Edith Mathieu Germain. Mr. Charles Allen Smith, age 82, of West Green, Georgia, passed away November 15, 2025.  Charles grew up in the Macon and Tifton areas and had lived in West Green, GA for the last 15 years.  For most of his working life, Charles was a plumber. Mr. Floyd England Jr., 88, of Meansville, Georgia passed away in Macon, Georgia on November 10th, 2025. He was born in Birmingham, Alabama on July 25th, 1937.
